Czech Industrial Fabrics is a supplier of filtration and drying fabrics for the paper industry. Our industrial fabrics are produced in a plant in the Czech Republic, which has more than 20 years experience with the production of paper machine clothing and filtration fabrics. Our fabrics are made only of the highest quality plastic yarns from proven suppliers, which is essential for us to be able to secure excellent and stable quality of finished products.
Our main goal is to supply the correct fabric for the application and thus to achieve the best possible results for our customers. Therefore, it is important for us to learn about our customer’s goals and to understand the technological processes. We are not only purveyors of products, we provide our customers with continuous technical support and service according to their needs.
We offer drying fabrics for all paper grades including special fabrics, which are resistant against hydrolysis and stickies. The Range of air permeability starts from 80 CFM to 1000 CFM.
Filtration fabrics in our production range are used in a wide variety of applications for solid – liquid separation. Some examples of application are dewatering of municipal or industrial sludge on belt filter presses or gravity thickeners, filtration on horizontal vacuum filters, thickening on drum filters and disk filters, conveyer belts, process belts in different industries, etc.
Besides standard fabric designs, we are also able to deliver fabrics according to customer specification.
Our fabrics are produced in the production plant, which is certified according to ISO 9001.
